HELP!?

I am having trouble finding a shoujo manga. I don't know the title but i can give you the story of it. It is about a young woman who breaks up with her boyfriend and another man Yukito (his name meant snow i think) and he snatches her away and tells her that he always loved her and they go to a love hotel, she wants to give him chocolates, and they end up seeing their lover with the others lover, etc.. Can anyone help or point me in the direction to find out. Thanks Cry
