What do you think about my Anime Website?

Sup guy since the beginning of this month i start making my own anime website i feel its look ****py...
so i asking you guy what do you think? I wonder if its gonna work or fail since i see other website look much better than mine Sad

.
Since i just graduate 2-3 month ago and still having hard time to get a job ... this is what come to my mind make your anime website
i think that was not a good idea but oh well too late.
