If you have trouble with your connection or just a bad connection, it might not send the post at first, then when you try to send it again it has already registered your first attempt and doesn't let you post again. I'm not sure what kind of time limit there is, but it should work if you wait for a moment (probably 10-30 seconds) and try to post again.
