This is a image of Selvaria Bles, I was see in Notes of eps 7 Valkyria Chronicles from Ayako group. This only a part in a large image to include full body her wear bikini in the beach, and second image are a image like that but not full and scaled to elbow.Is this Fan Art,Illustration or CG,and who is the artist and I can find it at where, If you can find full original not scale it, I will pay at any cost if i can. Thanks.

Did you send a query email to Ayako?  That's as good a place to start as any. 

If that doesn't pan out, you could do a web search: Valkyria Chronicles+fanart as a base-line, and go from there.

If they are really hardsubbed, then it's not possibly to remove them, because the pixels who used to be on the spaces the letters occupy have been deleted. If they are softsubbed, as almost all mkv's are (what kind of purpose would a subs-stream else have?), then you can demux the mkv with a variaty of programs out there, and simply only watch the video stream. If they are softsubbed you can also in most programs deactivated the subs.
