You can download the torrent without registering, it states so even in the website listing.

Be sure that your logged in ! Users that arn't logged in, will receive a torrent that will not maintain their status !

It says BE SURE TO LOG IN... not "YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN".
Plus it says "TO MAINTAIN THE STATUS"... This means, how much you downloaded, ratio-checking etc... -_-
